Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Shipping within the UK Mainland is free with no mimum order requirements. International orders will be subject to variable shipping fee, to ensure that you are charged the lowest price.
Will my international order be subject to import charges?
It would be best to check with your local postal agency. All items are sent from the United Kingdom, with the full value declared as a commercial item, to ensure that your parcel is protected during transit.
When will PRE ORDERS be shipped?
All UK pre orders are shipped a few days prior to release, to ensure the item arrives on time. Please note that international pre orders will arrive a few days after release, due to the timescale.
When will I be charged for my PRE ORDER?
Payment is taken immediately for pre orders.
Can I CANCEL my order if I change my mind?
If the item has not been dispatched yet then you can cancel the order to receive a full refund. This excludes any custom or commission orders. Please read the T&C's for more information regarding those.
Can I return my order?
You can return an item in its unused condition for any reason within 7 days from delivery. You will be responsilble for the return shipping costs. This excludes any custom or commission orders. Please read the T&C's for more information regarding those.
My controller is faulty, what can I do?
I rigorously test all of my controllers on Mortal Kombat prior to dispatch, however there may be some things I miss or issues that arise after delivery. You can submit a contact form and I will either replace the controller with a brand new one, repair it, or provide a full refund.
My item is faulty (EXCLUDING CONTROLLERS), what can I do
Submit a contact form and I will do my best to offer a suitable solution. All products come with manufacturers warranty, so you can go that route if it's easier.
